Service Agreement

At Peoplepreneur, we believe strong relationships begin with shared understanding. This Services Agreement outlines how we work together, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you when engaging with our services.
This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Peoplepreneur ("we", "our", or "us") and the individual purchasing, booking, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any Peoplepreneur service ("you" or "your").

By purchasing, booking, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any Peoplepreneur service, programme, workshop, membership, event, or related offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Purpose of Services

Peoplepreneur provides self-leadership coaching, workshops, programmes, memberships, educational resources, and personal development services designed to support individuals in developing greater self-awareness, self-leadership, and intentional action.

Our services are intended to encourage reflection, personal responsibility, and meaningful growth by helping clients develop the skills, perspectives, and confidence to lead themselves more effectively.

You understand our services are educational and developmental in nature and are not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other regulated professional service.

Where coaching forms part of the services provided, it is intended to be a collaborative process that encourages self-discovery, personal responsibility, and meaningful action.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.
- Attend scheduled sessions on time.
- Participate openly and honestly in the coaching process.
- Complete agreed actions and exercises between sessions where applicable.
- Communicate any concerns or challenges that may affect participation.

The value of our services depends largely on your willingness to engage, participate, reflect, and apply what you learn. While we provide guidance, support, and challenge, responsibility for decisions and actions always remains with you.

3. Our Services

Depending on the service selected, Peoplepreneur may provide:

- Free introductory consultations
- One-to-one coaching sessions
- Group coaching programmes
- Workshops, masterclasses, and live events
- Online learning programmes
- Community memberships
- Accountability and development support
- Resources, tools, and educational content

The specific services, duration, pricing, frequency, and any additional terms will be communicated at the time of booking, purchase, or enrolment.

4. Scope of this Agreement

This Agreement applies to all services provided by Peoplepreneur, including coaching, programmes, workshops, memberships, educational resources, events, and any related offerings, unless separate terms are provided for a specific service. Where additional or service-specific terms apply, those terms will supplement this Agreement and take precedence only to the extent of any inconsistency.

5. Booking and Payment

Where your chosen service includes individual coaching sessions, these must be booked through the scheduling system provided by Peoplepreneur. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscription memberships will be charged according to the selected membership plan and billing cycle. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Individual Coaching Sessions
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and considered used.
If Peoplepreneur needs to reschedule a session, reasonable notice will be provided and an alternative appointment offered.
Memberships and Programmes
Cancellation terms for subscriptions and programmes will be governed by the terms presented at the point of purchase.

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated for a specific programme or service:

- Coaching sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
- Missed sessions are non-refundable.
- Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
- Refund requests for programmes will be considered in accordance with any specific programme terms.

Peoplepreneur reserves the right to assess exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

8. Confidentiality

We recognise that many of our services involve personal reflection, discussion, and the sharing of experiences. We treat information shared with us during coaching sessions, workshops, programmes, assessments, applications, and other direct communications with respect and confidentiality.

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except:
- where you have given your consent;
- where disclosure is required by law;
- where disclosure is necessary to protect your safety or the safety of another person;
- or where disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or comply with a legal obligation.

You understand that where services include group coaching, workshops, or community discussions, we encourage all participants to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. 

While we set clear expectations for respectful conduct, we cannot guarantee that information shared by participants will remain confidential once disclosed within a group setting.

9. Community Standards

Where your chosen service includes access to a community platform, all members agree to:
- Treat others with respect and professionalism.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive behaviour.
- Respect the confidentiality and privacy of fellow members.
- Avoid promotional, spam, or disruptive conduct.
- Respect the intellectual property, privacy, and confidentiality of other members.

Peoplepreneur reserves the right to remove members who violate these standards without refund. Members are responsible for ensuring that any content they share does not infringe the rights, privacy, or confidentiality of others. Peoplepreneur also reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any community, programme, or service where these standards are not upheld.

10. Outcomes and No Guarantees

You acknowledge that the outcomes of coaching, programmes, workshops, memberships, and other Peoplepreneur services will vary from individual to individual. Peoplepreneur provides guidance, education, coaching, and developmental support designed to help individuals grow. However, we do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, business, or life outcomes.

Success depends on many factors, including your decisions, commitment, consistency, circumstances, and actions. Our role is to support and challenge your development, not to make decisions or achieve outcomes on your behalf.

11. Our Role

Peoplepreneur's role is to provide guidance, education, challenge, perspective, and support throughout your development. We may ask reflective questions, offer observations, challenge assumptions, introduce new ways of thinking, and provide practical tools or frameworks to assist your growth.

Any decisions you make, actions you take, or outcomes you pursue remain entirely your responsibility. You remain responsible for evaluating any guidance provided and determining what is appropriate for your own circumstances.

12. Health and Well-being

You understand that Peoplepreneur's services are not a substitute for professional healthcare, counselling, therapy, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.

If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, emotional distress, or a medical condition, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified professional. You remain solely responsible for their physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being.

13. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Peoplepreneur, including frameworks, exercises, worksheets, videos, presentations, templates, and training content, remain the intellectual property of Peoplepreneur. Materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any Peoplepreneur intellectual property to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peoplepreneur shall not be liable for:

- Indirect or consequential losses;
- Loss of income, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or reputation;
- Decisions or actions taken by you based on guidance, coaching, educational content, workshops, programmes, memberships, or other services provided by Peoplepreneur.

You accept full responsibility for all decisions and actions taken during and after your engagement with Peoplepreneur. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time by providing written notice.
Peoplepreneur reserves the right to terminate services immediately where:
- Payment obligations are not met;
- You behave inappropriately or abusively;
- Continued participation is considered unsuitable or ineffective.

Any outstanding fees remain payable.

16. Data Protection

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Peoplepreneur Privacy Policy. By engaging in any Peoplepreneur service, you agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary to deliver that service.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18. Client Commitment Statement

At Peoplepreneur, we believe meaningful growth begins by learning to lead yourself.

Our role is to provide perspective, guidance, challenge, and support. Your role is to engage with the process honestly, take responsibility for your decisions, and apply what you learn in a way that is meaningful to you.

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that personal development is an ongoing practice rather than a guaranteed outcome. Lasting growth is created through consistent reflection, intentional action, and personal responsibility.

By participating in coaching, you agree to:
- Taking ownership of my decisions, actions, and results.
- Approaching the coaching process with honesty, openness, and curiosity.
- Being willing to challenge limiting beliefs and explore new perspectives.
- Follow through on commitments and agreed actions wherever possible.
- Taking responsibility for implementing the insights and strategies discussed during coaching.
- Respecting the time, energy, and contribution of the Coach and fellow participants.
- Maintaining confidentiality within group programmes and community discussions.
- Embracing personal growth as an ongoing journey rather than expecting immediate or guaranteed outcomes.

You understand that the Peoplepreneur's role is to support, guide, challenge, and encourage you, but not to make decisions on your behalf or take responsibility for your actions. You accept that lasting change is created through consistent action, personal responsibility, and a commitment to your own development.

By engaging with Peoplepreneur services, programmes, or community memberships, you affirm your commitment to showing up as the leader of your own life and growth journey.

19. Acceptance

By purchasing, booking, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any Peoplepreneur service, programme, workshop, membership, event, or related offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Services Agreement.
