1. Source Of Action
Before choosing your next action, identify where it is currently coming from.
Every action has a source. When we feel stuck, delayed, or conflicted, it is often because our actions are driven by something unstable rather than by intention.
Before deciding what to do, identify what is currently influencing your decision. Does your action stem from:
Emotion? Fear? Uncertainty? Desire? Approval? Comfort? The need for certainty? Outcomes?
If it does, re-anchor your action...
2. Re-Anchor
Consciously choose a stronger foundation: Anchor your action to principles that remain stable regardless of what happens.
Choose one or multiple anchors:
3. Commit
Once you anchor your action, commit. There is no room for negotiating with yourself.
Instead of saying "Will this work, is this right?"
Say "Can I stand behind this even if it's not in my favour?"
Take the action, lead.
1. Source Of Action
Before you act, check what's driving your action, is it:
Fear, doubt, emotion, need for approval, or wanting certainty?

2. Re-Anchor
Pick a steadier reason instead:
3. Commit
Ask: "Can I stand behind this, even if it doesn't work out?"
Then take the step.
