Finding yourself with your leg in a hole you've dug can be easily achieved. What's worse is that you can make the hole bigger or smaller; you can imagine which one the expected direction is.
It's harder to guess our way through life. We don't do ourselves any favours by leading on someone else's journey, expectations, experiences or reality. To be honest, it's how we all begin—curiously learning from what's happening around us.
